I quick idea struck me. Sometimes running around in towns can be tedious and boring, and since we have an explorer title, how about we mix them?
I'm suggesting that explorer titles give players a speed boost in towns, which of course can be further stacked with suger rush or similar effects.

The speed bonus doesn't have to be very high. Maybe like this.
60% - 5%
70% - 7.5%
80% - 10%
90% - 12.5%
95% - 15%
100% - 20%

Any thoughts?

how its just in towns..... last time i check people dont care how fast other people are in towns

atm im not to sure what the worth of getting explorer so i dont try to but if this was implemented i would definetly get it.
